"Definitely deserve a 5 star review without hesitation. HHS decommissioned the electric boiler of our extension and connected up with our main gas boiler. Tom's surveying and suggested solution seemed sensible and worked out as expected. This is in comparison to couple of other local companies who gave what seemed to be less sensible solutions. All appointments kept to time and work finished on time. Easily reachable via phone which was refreshing considering how busy they are. Not the cheapest quote we had and needed to wait a while for the surveying but definitely would reach out to them again in the future. Thank you to the team who carried out the work on the day and made sure we were happy with all the radiators in the house before leaving."

"Highly recommend Horsforth Heating Solutions. They were recommended to us last year when we bought a house, so we used them for a gas inspection. Today, we needed to call them out urgently to fix a leaking water pipe issue in the bathroom. In both instances, they have been brilliant to deal with, for several reasons. They can be reached very quickly by phone. The service is extremely fast when needed - today for our emergency plumbing job, they were booked for this afternoon but the engineer arrived within half an hour of my initial call. We also know of other people with emergency issues, where they have responded within an hour or two. They charge reasonable prices and are completely up front - the experience as a customer is that they charge only what they need to, and they actually find ways to avoid over-charging. On the phone today, Ben indicated the likely cost, but also a "reasonable worst case scenario". Abolutely superb company to deal with - a rare find."
