"Delivery planned between 10 and 4 on Friday. Phone call just before 4 to say the vehicle had broken down. Phoned back and was told the vehicle was back on the road and delivery will still be made. Didn’t turn up. Phoned back again and was then told it would be there 9am on Saturday morning. Again someone waited in all day but didn’t show and the phone lines had been turned off. Delivery was to a kids football club where volunteers were ready to use the equipment on Saturday. Wasted everyone’s time"
