"I ordered a taxi for 17:30 with an hours notice, by 17:40 I contacted the business again as I had an appointment at 18:00, told the taxi was 5 minutes away. Taxi didn't arrive till 17:53, just as I had got in another taxi. I told driver it had taken to long and we were getting a different taxi to which he snapped "not my fault is it" All in all was late for appointment because of the promised cab not arriving until 23 minutes late. Morale of the story, use Uber."
