"I instructed BurdWard to deal with probate back in Dec 2020. It finalised Feb’22. There was a period where I was sent letters in error and ignored for 4 months. It was only when I was about to raise a complaint did someone take my calls and emails seriously. Terrible service, no empathy and constantly had to chase them. I wouldn’t recommend them at all."
