"Had a great time with my kids (10 and 7) they preferred it to Coral Reef! We will definitely come back. Thank you."
"Visited yesterday and to be honest won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Lagoon pool was far to crowded to be able to enjoy it with groups of loud and rude teenagers. Then tried the lane swimming in the main pool and the lanes are too narrow, dirty nappies in the shower area, changing rooms with broken hangers and 6 out of the 8 hairdryers not working."
"Love going to this swimming pool. Was usually quiet for Saturday lunch time! But was great for the kids. £20 for 2 adults 5yr old and 1yr old. Only gripe is the changing rooms could be cleaner, but I know it's difficult with people going in and out of the cubicles all the time! There is always someone in there wiping the water away in the main areas! Would also be handy to either have the on the wall fold chairs for babies that are too big for the changing board to make it easier for parents to get changed, or the little plastic cots that I've seen in other pools to keep on the move babies confined! Overall would recommend and still is our favoured pool to go to!"
"Don't need to book, clean and dry floors in the changing rooms, and plenty of space in the pool for an early morning swim. The leisure pool complex is a family favourite with a good variety; water slides, lazy river, wave machine, and jacuzzi. Ideal for primary school age children."
"This place has such potential but the customer service is horrendous. As members, I don’t expect to be turned away because they have staffing problems but on at least 10 occasions this year we have turned up and been unable to swim, had lessons cancelled and not even been allowed into the change rooms to get changed! We are members! Such a disappointment. The pool has been in desperate need of a clean for 6 months- covered in black mould on the bottom."
