"Visited Bannatyne Tamworth today, this is not my normal spa and health club, but I wanted to say how much of a pleasure it was being there today. Firstly, the receptionist supported myself and my disabled daughter, which was not made obvious on first impression. She welcome us and showed us around the building. We were looking for our class but, miss it. The tutor of the class Jackie, who was about to start her next class of body combat supported me and my daughter in virtual body balance. She set this up for us virtually. When I explained my daughter's disability being blind, she explained that she will make her classes more adaptable to support her. My daughter has a brilliant memory and once her techniques have been taught and she understands the names of the positions, Jackie explained that she would encourage my daughter further by stating in class, where to position her hand for example. In order that my daughter understand and gets the most out of the class. Now I want to make it known how important and grateful, I was to hear this from Jackie, as this made my daughter feel inclusive. Believe you me, I have been places where people don't take note. Our day was followed through with a lava shell massages. All I can say is well worth the money, and credit to the ladies who made our experience exceptional. A big thank you to Bannatyne Tamworth. "Visited for 70-minute spa treatments. Staff in the treatment centre were excellent. The massage itself was very relaxing and refreshing. Rooms were clean and well prepared. Swimming pool was on the cold side and was small."

"The place was clean and staff friendly but only having 5 beds around the pool when you're doing spa days seems really poor especially when we were told on arrival it was the busiest day."

"Despite the fact that me and family was not best pleased with the service received we still made it a good day. We all paid for a candle back massage and me and my mum was certain that Grace/Gracie was a trainee however we were not made aware of this! The massage was not great and she really did not know what she was doing as she was copying everything the other women was doing and saying to my sister. Me and my sister noticed that it was like having an echo in the room! Also, where were the candles? The facilities were quite small so I would recommend another Bannatyne. Food was average but still nice. We went upstairs to the spa before leaving to use our £10 vouchers off products and no one was there to serve us which wasn’t great as we had to leave without buying our products and using our vouchers. Lady on reception as we were leaving was very rude unfortunately I couldn’t see her name badge."

"Staff very friendly (in particular Ian, who has been a big help). Gym is well kept, steam rooms, sauna and jacuzzi, and pool are perfect for me. Food is nice, whether it’s a jacket with salad or sandwich, or the hot meals they do as specials, always fresh and tasty. Well worth the monthly fee."
