"The hidden Gem of the Black Country - walk all the way through the Pools and down to Wordsley, it's so beautiful and peaceful here, canals, pools, disused rail tracks, people are starting to discover this special area!"
"Wonderful natural place. Nice if you can go over and see the wildlife. Sadly it is ruined by so much dog mess due to the local lazy riffraff and on our last trip multiple kids/teenagers/adults racing around on scramblers and clearly upsetting and scaring dogs/young kids/ elderly people. People say just let them do their things as not harming anyone.. they definitely were."
"Such an oasis. Three large pools all teaming with wildlife. Not far from Russell Hall hospital. A few fishermen there. Kids playing. I’ve read good and bad things about here. I found it quiet and pleasant. A little urban paradise. Parking is limited at the lower pool so you may have to park on the road and walk in"
"Very nice walk with some very good photo opportunities. Would recommend this place to families and elderly and anyone who wants a peaceful walk, nice get away, good escape."
