"This is a review of the soft play area. Our little boy has been coming here from the she of 9ish months and we've never had a bad time. It's always clean, well staffed and has, in my opinion, the best toddler section of any of the local competitors."

"Been a member for just over a year now, can't really fault the place. Showers are hot, gym is clean and the people who run the classes are great. There is a good sense of community here and lots of friendly staff to talk to."

"I love this place. I used to take one of my kids here last year when she was in year 4 and now she is year 5. There is something disappointing though. Coming to think of it, last year, there was a swimming instructor called Sue and she was horrible. My daughter before Christmas in 2021, was swimming at Dudley leisure centre the previous one and on her first pool lesson, Sue was yelling at her right in the face and after that, my daughter got out the pool and as she did, my daughter slipped back in and started drowning and drowning and drowning and then until I knew it, my daughter got out the pool choking, vomiting and with a banging headache she was also hyperventilating, luckily my daughter has survived and as she got out the pool for the second time, Sue made a dirty look at my daughter. My daughter came home from school crying and told me everything that happened, so I complained to the manager and told them of what happened. 2 weeks later the woman started being kind to my daughter but it was still rude because my daughter felt sorry for other people being mistreated. One day Duncan Edwards leisure centre this beauty came but the same instructors came! Can you believe it! In the end my daughter enjoyed swimming. i hope this goes to you Sue to get fired. meanehile, I love this place."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful on the front desk as were the lifeguards. We were asked to use the big pool as the learner pool was full which was fine. We took our 9 month old son and he loved it. Lifeguards let us know when we could get into the learner pool which was brill. Big pool was a little chilly but learner pool was much warmer. I think the staff took care of us because of our little man so thank you!"

"Wow, this place is absolutely lovely. The changing rooms are clean and pool is lovely. Lockers are £1 and money is returned. There are hairdryers which are useful to just take the excess water out of your hair. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not used anything else here."
