"Absolutely disgusted at how rude John is. Please avoid at all costs, lest you want to experience what it feels like to be treated like you are a piece of dirt stuck on John's shoe. I used fishers once before and had a pleasant experience with Elaine. Today I came back for a second time to notarise some more documents and truly wished I hadn't. I was told by John on the phone to come at 1pm., so rushed over in my lunch break, only to be told no one was there. John finally turned up at 1:30pm and didn't even issue a breath of an apology. He looked at me like I was dirt, and said: "well Elaine was meant to be here". I advised I spoke to Elaine on the phone and she said she wasn't due to return until 2:30. It seemed that John had given me the wrong information, and instead of apologising, he decided the best course of action would be to be rude and arrogant. I was so shocked by his behaviour I actually said: "you don't have to be rude". Despite being late, he answered a phone call whilst in the middle of notarising my documents. Spent the first 10 minutes creating an invoice, rather than actually getting started! He then threw my documents around like it was a waste of his time. A lot of them are crumpled- including my original medical degree transcript. Great! Icing on the cake- I was late back to work!! He wouldn't tell me a price over the phone, and when I arrived, he charged more than Elaine had charged me the previous time! Didn't particularly care about paying a higher price. I did care about paying a higher price for a customer service that no one should ever have to experience in their lives! He charged me twice for notarising a double sided document (SAME DOCUMENT!) I had previously thought of recommending this place to friends/collegauges, but now I will actively tell everyone to avoid this absolutely atrocious man. Please take a lesson in customer service and just learn to be a better person John. I promise your life will be better if you stop treating people like they are worthless, otherwise you'll just be a dour old man for the rest of your life, which would be very unfortunate."
