"Buying my daughter first Christmas tree should have been memorable experience for me, but when the staff make comments between them self about me ruined it. We went there in my mother-in-law transit van, the van started some sort of exhaust system cleaning which stuck the the van out. This is what led them to assumptions which i could hear, i wanted to raise this there and then but the rest of my family didn't hear and I didn't want to ruin it for them. This make me think do you and your staff make comments on all your customers??"
