"Went to have a look at some earring to match a pendant I bought a few days before. Caucasian girl with blonde hair was very rude, I asked to see two pairs, she kept rolling her eyes at the colleague and wouldn’t talk to me, I took a look at the earrings but they were not what I wanted as I was about to ask to see the second pair she took existing pair from my hands, put them back …walked away into the office with a bad attitude. I looked at the other staff member and said “was it something I said?” In sheer disbelief….I think she needs some customer service trainning because it was a very uncomfortable experience for me and I’m shocked that the manager hasn’t noticed her behaviour and taken further steps."

"Good looking jewellery at a good price. I was very dissatisfied by the service today. My wife and I were in the shop for almost 10 minutes and the staff were too busy gossiping with each other to offer us help and check if we wanted to buy anything. It annoyed me so much I just walked out, but my wife liked the earrings so I went back and had to ask for service. But before the lady even got to help me, someone walked into the store and she went to help this person. I noticed that another person was offered immediate assistance upon walking in, making me wonder why we had recieved such different treatment."

"Popped in here for a silver chain on Saturday with my boyfriend. Although it was very busy in there, due to it being a Saturday and the Easter holidays, the lady who served us was really nice and acknowledged us telling us we would be served next. She was very smiley and friendly. She came round to us next, as promised, and was lovely when showing us the jewellery and while paying. We actually then went back later on after we'd done the rest of our shopping so I could get some earrings I'd spotted during the first visit. The same lady was still there and she was lovely throughout the second visit too and joked how she doesn't see the same people twice usually within one day. She was knowledgeable when showing us the earrings and, again, was lovely when we paid. Very satisfied with the visit and will no doubt be back again very soon! The store itself was clean and they had a really good sale on - some lovely pieces of jewellery available. Will be back soon!"
