Wanted to put a xbox one in on buy back got told to take it in & wen I did got told it was too late for them to do at 3.45 even though shop didn't close till 5pm n told to take it in morning after n I've done so and now told cos it hadn't got a controller which they was aware of that they wouldn't take it... Wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody complete waste of time"
