"I contacted the company this morning about a missed direct debit. I got through quickly and received excellent customer service. My query was dealt with, and I was also able to change my bank details. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I was very impressed"
"I kept getting emails asking me to sign and I kept signing my credit agreement. Then I had a 25 pound extra payment out of my account. Found one of the emails, read small print and it stated I would pay 25 pounds if I did not sign. How odd after I had repeatedly signed. So I pressed again on sign and it took me to a completely different screen I had never seen before. How strange that after pressing sign so many different occasions, once they took the 25 pounds and I pressed sign again it took me to a completely different screen and I actually signed."
"Premium Credit were the credit company for an insurance policy I took out with Freedom Brokers. Freedom Brokers did not cancel my policy when asked and so premium credit continued to take my money from my account. They also took £25 from my account for not signing the credit agreement, 2 months after I cancelled the policy. I explained all of this to them and the agreed to refund the £25. Freedom brokers had to sort the rest I was told. I was promised a call back to confirm when the £25 would be refunded but instead it was me who had to call them. I was assured it had been submitted and to expect in my account by 24/01 LATEST. It is 25/01 and I am still out of pocket. I have made 7 calls to freedom brokers/premium credit and have been lied to on every single occasion. I have spent hours on hold waiting to be fobbed off time and time again. Do not use this dishonest fraudulent company unless you want to lose all your money, hair, and will to live."
"I have never come across such an immoral company in my life before Incorrectly removed my direct debit early then agreed to amend to the correct date after severe struggles causing significant stress. Even though they only corrected their error on 30 December by refunding me the funds on that date, meaning I only had access to my money from 30 December, they think it’s appropriate to still remove first DD on 16 January rather than 30 January which is the logical, fair and moral thing to do Having involved the CEO Tara White who was initially helpful, it seems to be falling on deaf ears now as of 8 January Their responses to negative reviews is laughable asking people to contact them / don’t believe this nonsense as they don’t assist you when you call, it’s just to come across nicely to the public"
