"Dreadful experience. Was confirmed on 18th October 2022 that my new account number for gas from Electric Ireland had been allocated, 5 months in still no changeover. One excuse after another, there is a small backlog, sorry for the delay, someone will be in touch. NOTHING has happened yet and in the meantime the discounted rate i signed up to i am still not seeing any benefit. I am disabled and the whole reason to switch from prepay was to help me. Dont use this company to arrange your switchover. Appaling service and useless communication."

"Tried using Bonkers to change supplier of my electricity and gas and was told by someone called Anne Adeyemo that they were looking after the change and I did not need to do anything further. This did not happen and because I was out of contract with my supplier I ended up paying considerably more than I had expected to pay with the new provider had Bonkers arranged the change over they were supposed to be arranging. I’ve sent numer emails requesting an explanation and some form of compensation for months now. Received a reply from a Claudia Habitzreiter on august 29th to say the CS team lead was on leave until 5th September and would have her investigate and update. Nothing since except another email from a Siobhan O Flanagan on 3rd October to say they were still investigating and would revert as soon as they had an update. This is not what I think anyone would consider to be a professional service and has been nothing but problematic throughout."
