"I have used this Vet in total for the last 18 years. However in the last 12 months since this business has been bought out or taken over there has been a massive decline in service, compassion and professionalism. Some of the old staff who have been there for years [Leslie and others] still remain , thank goodness. These staff members treat people and more importantly Animals with kindness, compassion and genuine caring. We were seeking advice regarding putting our dog to sleep which was a huge trauma to us. The young Vet showed no understanding or empathy and in the brief discussion she did offer left us feeling like the decision was just matter of fact . The total lack of understanding and caring was blatantly obvious to see. What kind of training do these vets receive? Anyone can be thought skills to help Animals. What can’t be thought is how to care a trait all Vets should have especially when dealing with heart breaking situations. We were promised a Paw print and a Fur clipping but received nothing. Speaks volumes. Animals are not commodities they are an integral part of our family and deserve to be treat as such. Needless to say we would never go back to this vet."
