Can honeslty say in all the time of using vet's this is by far the best I've ever been to. All the staff made a fuss of my boy so welcoming and friendly to us both. If i could rate above 5 I would. "***Update*** Palmer and Duncan have contacted my wife completely out of the blue in regards to this review. They are so unprofessional, they couldn’t even get my wife’s name correct and was calling my wife our dogs name. If they can’t get something like this right, god help the animals they treat. Poor excuse for a vets. Paid £15 a month for the past 12 months to be told we are due a 6 monthly check (twice) to get to the appointment to be told we are too early and if we wanted to proceed with the checkup - we could pay the £60 appointment fee. Would not reccomend at all. Have now moved vets and wouldn’t return."
"Recently moved to Palmer and Duncan following recommendations and I am so glad we found them! From the staff in reception, to the veterinary and nursing staff, everyone we have met so far have been amazing. They genuinely care about animals and treat them with such love and kindness; something we never had at our last vets. Took our Bruno for another follow-up on his eye today and saw Laura, who was so patient and caring. He's not an easy patient! But she was fantastic, and gave us lots of useful advice. Honestly, all the staff here are wonderful and I can't thank them enough. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work everyone!"
