"A terrible company to deal with and I've not even started working for them yet. Surpassingly for a health service they lack humanity and empathy. A real computer says no passive aggressive ethos , no one prepared to take responsibility. Susan Dickarim and Venette Fernandes have stoned walled , obstructed and derailed my start date at every turn. My perspective line manager Rob being just as bad. HR tell me that I need another reference because the line manager has rejected my personal statement. Well I can't help having had a period of unemployment prior. I've offered mitigating references and references from an agency I worked for during that period. Yet all I get back is stone walling and the lazy HR workers copy and paste a statement. However they were fully aware about my circumstances prior to the job offer and my application form set out in stone. Seems they have no respect for anyone but themselves and they tell me I can't have my first name in general correspondences even though I'm known by it and my passport has one letter that differs. So it makes a mockery of the NHS virtual signalling nonsense and if a man can put a dress on to call himself a women and have the right to be accepted as such Then surely people can have respect for how they are addressed. Within daily communication. A paragon of hypocrisy is what the NHS appears to be."
"Unlawful practices regarding waiting lists and times. Used to be ok few years ago when they listened, now they don't care when you present them with documentation showing them what they are doing doesn't follow correct procedures and guidelines. They make you jump through hoops to get anywhere, then change the goalposts. Better off going elsewhere if you have that option as these lot won't help you or your children."
"A nasty and ugly organisation where patients and staff are eclipsed by the rainbow. What irony. A chumocracy where friends and relatives are rewarded over merit. And unsafe..."
"CQC should do something about the way the staff talk to sick people. The staff eat the food of the sick people. They over uses thier powers to those that can speak out for them self. The night staff sleep at night. That why they do not want to have camera on the wards."
"Not too bad considering what they have to deal with day to day with all the chaos. As long as you comply with their medication plan then they respect you. If not then they'll shun you like a piece of crap. God forbid you might actually want to think and not be a cabbage. There IS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT WITH THEIR OVERALL ATTITUDES."
