"These offices in Milton Road, have been a blessing in disguise for anyone who needs a boost of Wellbeing, Emotional, Confidence building and thus a step-up on the Confidence and Capability ladder....this is the place to go. It gladly caters for anyone who has either fallen on bad times or loose their way and needs a gentle nudge in the right direction. The staff are very patient and understanding and the recently changed offices are a great retreat to get your feelings and emotions back on track."
"Amazing. Practically free services. For people who have been dealing with mental health problems. There's Art and music just to name two of their wonderful activities. If this has ever been you, then you will know how difficult it is to get back to socialising with others. Just another way in which SWADS helps those who have and are struggling with coping with those little surprises life throws at us. You can sit and do as much or as little as you want in whatever activity you have chosen to be part of. It helps with confidence self esteem, assertiveness and so much more. All I ask is please please British Government don't take it away. It's fantastic.... Honest.
