"My wife and I have been with Denaby Medical practise since 2004, which also gives us access to Conisbrough, Mexbrough and Askern medical practises. Owing to our ages of 70 and 71, we do use the services quite often, but hopefully not to the detriment of other customers. Throughout the years we have never not been able to get an appointment at short notice when it has been needed. We do tend to visit the surgery in person as they open and speak to the receptionist in person. Praise has to go to the receptionist (at all the practices), who have always been very professional, polite and chatty while dealing with our queries quickly, and we have been in a position where a lot of the time they have gone out of their way to offer non medical advise and help. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to name names to praise all the staff and nurses that have dealt with us over the years, (and this includes, tongue in cheek) Who I call our Blood nurse. All the staff are so efficient, which obviously comes from top management right down to the cleaners who also do a brilliant job. We have also been very lucky over the years with the doctors and Practice nurses that have seen us. BRILLIANT. BRILLIANT BRILLIANT. We do find it very frustrating when we hear in the news about people not being able to get appointments at their respective surgeries, and complain about the staff. Thankfully, that is not how we feel about our medical staff at all the above mentioned practises. A REAL HEART FELT THANK YOU TO EVERYONE."
