"I had been accepted and was studying the MBA in Project Management, all was well until COVID hit and I found myself put of work, so had to defer a number of modules, until my circumstances improved. In all this time I was contacted repeatedly and informed not to worry, we here to help you. Finally circumstances improved and I expressed the wish to return to my self funded course, only to be harangued with bureaucracy, half information and nil support, I applied to extend my registration to be able to complete the course, only to be turned down saying I need to provided evidence of not being able to afford the course and losing my work. So the support and help they promised was non-existent, the empathy to the situation during the pandemic is non-existent and anyone would think I was on a scholarship and not self funding the course myself. Best thing you can do, find a better university (lose term for this management school), absolutely abysmal and deserves its current UK ranking!!!!!"

"If you intend to do your courses online: STAY AWAY Never seen something so unprofessional, the lecturers basically told me that they were teaching on campus and would not intend to give the online students access to anything beyond their materials they upload for the students at wgu, so basically they expect distant students to deliver the same things as normal students but wont give them access to the lectures. The communication is very slow too, emails often take 24h and more to get an answer and IT dpt seems to try and sit out some of their tickets. This is so bad I'm currently thinking about demanding my money back!"
"Poor and irrelevant content. "Good" if you want to get into Academia I guess, but not relevant whatsoever for a business context. Poor response from tutors. Very diligent went it comes to chasing payments tho. Avoid"
