Welcome to Eagle Heights Wildlife Foundation, the quintessential destination for wildlife enthusiasts and families alike, conveniently nestled amidst the picturesque English countryside in the beautiful county of Kent. With over 100 different species of birds of prey, mammals, reptiles, and exotic animals, our institution is more than just a zoo - it's a haven for endangered animals and a celebration of the beauty and diversity of the natural world.
Our extensive grounds are meticulously maintained to create a comfortable and natural habitat for our animals, many of whom are rescued and rehabilitated before returning to their natural habitats. We believe in educating our visitors about animal conservation and aim to inspire a lifelong love and respect for nature in every person who walks through our gates.
Visitors have the opportunity to get up close and personal with our magnificent birds of prey and watch them take to the skies in our daily flying displays. Our expert team of bird handlers will guide you through the art of falconry, as well as sharing fascinating stories about the lives and behaviors of each of our feathered residents.
The animal encounters don't stop there. Meet our stunning big cats, the African and Asian wolves, the playful meerkats, and many more as you wander through our park. We also offer unforgettable experiences, such as the opportunity to feed our majestic giraffes or to go behind the scenes and experience a day in the life of an animal keeper.
We take great pride in providing exceptional and unique experiences to all our visitors, and our facilities have something for everyone. Take a stroll around our beautiful gardens, browse our gift shop for souvenirs, or grab a snack from our coffee shop and relax in our picnic area. "We were visiting from Texas and my mother in law planned a trip here because my 7 year old son is obsessed with Birds of Prey. This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in England and life long memories my son will have. The grounds are immaculately kept up, the birds and all animals are well taken care of. They have meerkats, pigs, goats, lambs, and huskies along with so many birds. The bird experience was amazing and watching their keepers explain in detail about each one made it incredibly fascinating. We will visit again in the future 1000%. There is a little playground on site and plenty of parking space available. Also the drive to the Eagle Heights is a breathtakingly beautiful one. Gorgeous views and it is close to a small little village like town."
"We went on Sunday for an eagle experience. We flew 4 different eagles and it was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The birds look happy and well cared for. There were also 2 flying displays with various different birds and lots of information. Cafe offers a small selection of sandwiches and cakes with hot/cold drinks."
"Had an amazing time visiting this wildlife centre the animals looked well cared for and happy. We were privileged to do a husky walk experience that we shared with two additional couples separate to our booking we walked Chester and he was a pleasure to walk with. Well behaved and attentive. I really loved being able to stoke him as well. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with our guide who was knowledgeable and friendly. The views on the walk were incredible and serene and it would be amazing to re visit. I’d also like to compliment the staff who did the eagle flying talk at 12 they were very entertaining and again highly knowledgeable they made sure to enable everyone to see the birds equally and also spoke to children in the audience in a very respectful and educational manner. I really cannot wait to come. The only thing I would want to do differently is if there was the chance to spend more time to stroke and fuss on the dogs because they are so wonderful. Thank you for having us eagle heights"
"We've just got back from a day out at Eagle Heights, it's our first time and it was really enjoyable. A beautiful spot filled with magnificent birds of prey. The displays that Paul and the team put on are fantastic. So informative and they keep you engaged and interested, all while making you feel safe around the animals who themselves seemed well looked after and happy to par take. Would definitely recommend."
