"Applied for a loan was declined but accepted at a different amount so accepted that filled in application again, then days pass and it gets refused so after multiple attempts to contact to find out why it was rejected considering it was accepted prior to applying the second time, time passes AGAIN…. Have an “identity problem” tried to change my address to another property I am registered and staying at and the staff member Peter was just saying “no” on the phone claiming nothing he can do and just shutting me down when I tried to explain the address to him, spent weeks chasing up a loan offer from this company only to completely waste my time and be ignored, could tell by the amount of chasing I’ve had to do and the attitude that they had no intention regardless just wasting time."
