"Reviews here are very mixed. I can only give the experience of my Yr 8 child. He enjoys the school and is appropriately stretched. It is VERY oversubscribed which must say some thing for the overall opinion of the school. The only criticism I might make is that the communication from the school to parents is rather formal and quite long winded. I'm too used to primary perhaps."

"Such a bad school, bullying is utterly terrible there and no one does anything about it. Teachers putting pressure on the kids by saying if they don't get a mark in this test it's an hour detention even if they're in year 8. Had to move away because it was that awful and the hygiene in the canteen, hair in food and uncooked meat. So many students pushing others into walls Ect. The only good thing was probally the nice friends I made but despite that and a few OK teachers it's a bad school."

"This school is an absolute joke, if you are a thinking about sounding your child to this school I strongly disagree. The teachers will be more than happy to talk to you if you have a certain amount of money drive certain cars and will always judge you by the way you dress. This school is pathetic you are not aloud food or drink outside the canteen as-well as the teachers are not able to take control of the students because most of the teachers are under qualified. Unless your son/daughter wants to be treated like sh** don’t send them here!!!!"

"This school failed my daughter September 2016. Two teachers really upset her, canteen too small and no time to eat, toilets blocked by girls doing their makeup, i witnessed racial bullying! Spanish teacher too scared to speak to me on the phone to resolve why she targeted my child in class in front of her peers after already suffering a previous bad lesson. I requested many meetings to resolve matters but nothing worked. My child never had issues in primary school, was sensible and mature and was on the school council and involved in many clubs and performances. OCA within 2 weeks upset her that much she never went back. They lie showing you around because in reality it's awful. Don't put your child in there. If there's a problem and you complain you won't win because they're an academy."

"this school lacks of communication. bullying is not tolerated, well there is bullying in that school there is also students with mental heath problems but want to be listened to but cant really talk out and speak because they are not listened to properly. in all this is a good school with grades but the students need to be listen to. individuality is another thing wrong with this school yes i can understand that the uniform policy is high but it has gone too far"
