"After 2 and half years I am finally pain free in my shoulder! I have been at my wits end with the pain. Tried the physio route which made it worse. Tried Chiropractors, Doctors wanted to prescribe strong pain killers, oh and the usual steroid injection, which don't work unless you get in it the right spot.
