Reviews
"Amazingly beautiful reclaimed area turned into a new communal nature reserve. I had the pleasure of volunteering and helping to build this place up with Ealing Wildlife Group so I'm impartial but this is an amazing and an inspiring place that shows what community involvement can achieve."
"A little hidden wildlife oasis in the heart of Greenford. Lots to see and do at twice monthly Saturday open days."
"Opens the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Great to see local wildlife being maintained in the city. Well done Ealing Wildlife Group."
"Wildlife needs space and this is a great example of what needs to be done that should be replicated around the country."
"Costons Lane Allotments hasn’t been in use for some years, and some of the land is subject to fairly prolonged flooding each year - making it difficult to garden. Most neighbouring sites have waiting lists and it may be that the elevated areas on this allotment will be brought into use in future. In the meantime, the brambles that now cover much of the ground are a haven for all sorts of wildlife."
