"We are really pleased with how well Adam looked after our cats. He visited them twice a day for five days and we had regular updates with photos and videos. One of our cats has extra medical needs and Adam and Emily were really thorough with making sure she took all of her medications and going above and beyond to make sure she got her liquid medication that needs to be syringed directly into her mouth (not an easy task!) Whilst we still really missed our cats whilst away, knowing they were being well looked after meant we didn't worry about them at all! Our cats are quite shy and can be slow to warm up to new people, but they both warmed up to Adam over the course of the days we were away, and we got plenty of videos of them enjoying a good fuss. We will definitely be asking Adam to look after them next time we are away!"
