"Can only rate as 1 star from my experience. Ordered equipment on 11th February with nothing received. After emails back and forward with Michael and informed the courier was to blame... seems to be a common excuse tbh. Mentioned about a refund but was made aware he was going to send a 3rd time with DPD. When asked about a tracking number from DPD which there should be one, I've had zero reply and now being ignored."
