"Went to the Lugsdale road shop last weekend to purchase my sons school uniform for starting year 7. Fabulous customer service nothing was too much trouble trying on blazers. When I got home a few days later my husband asked to see the blazer on my son and I thought that was a little small we then discovered that the blazer got mixed up this was OUR fault thou nothing to do with the shop as I gave the wrong blazer to the colleague. Thankfully we did see this error as we are going away on holiday and won’t be back a couple of days before he starts school. When I explained the situation to the store they were absolutely brilliant and kept our one aside until I got down to swap them over. I have never walked into a store and felt so welcome as I did in this store or felt rushed in any way. Absolutely lovely people. Greeted with a smile and no question was too silly to ask. Thank you ever so much."
