"I visited the Cotswold store in Liverpool city centre today. I last went about 6 weeks ago to find that both the escalator and lift were broken. This meant that a member of my party could not access the store due to the large number of stairs. At the time I complained both to the staff in store and emailed the head office. What was the point? When I visited today the escalator and lift were still not working. This seems to be a company that seemingly does not recognise its obligations regarding disabled access or does not care. As we were leaving I observed with sadness another party having the same problem. Really not good enough."
