"What an appalling experience myself and my partner have had after being given "false hopes!" on our beautiful doberman who we love and cherish! We were told she would be a different dog running around playing with her ball etc. Basically we were conned into having the operation and if we had known what we know now we would NEVER have gone ahead with it! We were told "ALL" aftercare was included but then suddenly hand us a bill of £175? What a joke this was her first cast change (isn't that aftercare???) sorry I missed the bit where we had to pay £4,000 upfront as we had no insurance and they wouldn't operate until it was paid! We asked if they did a monthly plan and then we were made a mockery of saying that we "had requested it!" so many lies have been told by this vets and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! PLEASE DON'T BE SUCKED IN AND FOOLED LIKE WE WERE! our dog will never be the same again and even now is suffering from a third infection from a cruciate ligament operation! Unless we pay for a consultation they won't give us a repeat prescription even though she's had the same infection before! So as you can see they just WANT YOUR MONEY! don't care about yor pet! I had to give 1 star as this was the only way I could post this review but infact I wouldn't even give them a "0""
"My girl Lola had an accident at home which she needed emergency surgery for. She was given painkillers and antibiotics, as she was booked in for the following week due to Christmas. Surgery went smoothly and the veterinarian that preformed the surgery instructed that I bring her in every other day for checkup and change her bandage dressing. I can’t thank the whole team enough and especially Magda the vet that preformed such amazing surgery, Lola is almost fully recovered."
"Excellent attention of care for our pup, genuinely caring team. Appointment booking process, everything explained thorough wellbeing check, microchip check. Only downfall is the service we wanted (pet care plan and payment monthly in advance for future treatment such as worming, flea, vaccines etc) is not available here so have reluctantly moved to our previous vets (same company a mile further down the road who accommodates this.)"
"Can't fault them, you get an appointment when you need and the follow up treatment is spot on. Plus the package deals are pretty cheap compared to other vets that I've used. 100% recommend."
"The lady on reception was incredibly kind and helpful when a vet at this place took my critically ill dog off oxygen as I didn't have the money to pay £350 there and then. It has took me a week to get over the ordeal with this place. In brief; I wasn't able to pay until the next day so the vets refused treatment for my chihuahua who has a heart condition and in an emergency needed immediate help and eventually their medication adjusting. I was absolutely beside myself and was made to feel worthless, the judgement was unreal. I'd recently lost my mother and was asked why I couldn't get a guardian to step in, this triggered me as I have no family left whatsoever. Thankfully my partner was able to step in last minute to help so they eventually put her back on oxygen and gave a new prescription. The receptionist did a great job of calming me down and reassuring me after I'd essentially been abused and was in tears. That's the only reason for the 1 star review. I hadn't gone there for charity, it was an emergency. You would think with it being Christmas and under the circumstances they could give 24 hours grace. I have the vets name and details so if anyone has had a similar issue, which through reading these reviews I can see that it's not just me sadly - I'd be happy to listen and include you when I put forward a formal complaint. **AVOID. VET SLAMMED MEDICATION DOWN, ROLLED EYES. TOOK DOG STRUGGLING TO BREATHE OFF OXYGEN.**"
