"I ordered a Dometic Camp room from this company in December 2021 I received it in January 2022 to find that the side walls are Small size instead of medium size after lots and lots of call to the company I finally got through to find that the phones are not manned in the day. I eventually sent the side walls back on the 6th May 2022 I have called the company hundred's of times to get no one picking up I have checked on company house to see if they are still trading to find that they are but still no one answering the phone I then got an e-mail from Jonathan one of the Directors to say a full refund is being processed this was in May 2022 and im still waiting for the refund cannot get this sorted because they will not answer the phone, so my next step is to speak to my bank and see if they will intervene and also contact my solicitor to take them to small claims."
