"I have always had good service from Sportsline. They work very hard at peak times to provide help for customers. The price and quality are good. It must be extremely difficult to keep up with demand and they are often relying on suppliers so delivery issues cause them problems as much as us. I much prefer supporting a local family business and using a little patience when necessary, I have had to pop back on for a couple of items but it's not a problem and they have always been helpful and polite."

"Ordered uniform beginning of August and still awaiting on it. Looking at by the time it arrives will need size bigger. YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ON NEW SCHOOLS IF YOU CAN'T SUPPLY ON TIME. Wife spoke to the bloke who gave her attitude about pre ordering in May. One- the school did not give out pre order forms to everyone and have apologised and two - we wouldn't have ordered in May, nor June of July for that matter. We wait until August as our children like others shoot up all at once and all sizes are different so we always come in to try on. We have informed the school as I know others have that we will never return to you and will only use Slaters in the future. Reply - I'm basing the review on the fact we was told two weeks at the beginning of August. Then was told after 3 weeks you don't know when they are coming meaning I had to go out and fork out yet more money on plain black jumpers. I will be speaking with the school and Quest regarding what you say about alternative as this should have been an option for the parents and not for them to decide. The other thing is Covid was around when you took on the new school so please don't use Covid to pass on your mistakes. You took the school on, you should have been prepared. The review was also based on customer service my wife has received, a customer should not be spoken down to nor told when they should have purchased something. I get this reply is from the daughter as I didn't have any issues with you on the day but this has been a disaster from you."
"To say the service was sub par is a gross understatement. The order for new uniform we placed was not ready in time, and our server seemed to think that we were greatly indebted to him because he was having to work overtime to fix a mistake they made in the order, and was annoyed that he had to be the one to fix it. In short: This shop has shown great incompetence and terrible treatment of customers today; I would advise avoidance of their services."
