"Honestly will never be going again and will not be recommending here although they have a good selection of treats, a off lead dog came up to my dog and wouldn't leave him alone so I had to pick him up to move him away from my dog that was starting to get stressed by him. The staff was then rude to me and told me I needed to tell them if my dog was unfriendly before entering as it was a shop dog. My dog isn't unfriendly like suggested at all. We wouldn't accept a person getting in another persons space constantly even after they have said no thankyou so why is it OK for a dog to do the same? It isn't!! Clearly need a sign about the shop dog and needs to work on its manners"
"Great selection and choice of both animal products food clothes leash and medications. For me a bit on the pricey side..but thats due i suppose to home run? can not fault range of stuff and enjoyed watching the puppie club they had going on..for raw foods for dogs fantastic"
"Great help off Claire in the shop who advised me on food for my new causcasian shepherd puppy. They grow very fast and very big and Claire advised me well on my options. A great shop and well worth the travelling to get here. Friendly staff, there isn't much they don't sell, can fully recommend"
"These guys are amazing. Darren & Sam fitted our new double dog cage..nothing was too much trouble for them...even when we encountered a raised boot lip!!
