"Do not use this letting agent, I have had the worst experience as a landlord. They've stole rent my tentants were paying which I'm having to get back by appealing through the Property Redress Scheme. They are directly claiming money from universal credit on behalf of landlords but not paying this to the landlords. When I approached Charlie (the director) he threatened me. Even now I'm still waiting for half of the money I'm owed. I wasted so much of my time and have lost a considerable amount of money by trusting this letting agent, please avoid them if you are considering to use them."
