"Please do not rent from this company! I was renting from them for about 10 years and it was nothing but disappointment. I had many issues with the flat ie heating wasn’t working, the door handle was broken, the floor was damaged because of the broken pipe but they simply ignored my complaints. Finally they were trying to force me to stay in the flat with small children while fire safety works were being done and of course keep paying rent . The work supposed to take up to 2 months, which is simply immoral! I had no choice but to move out. I have moved out more than a month ago and they still didn’t return my deposit. No explanation, no reason. Really unprofessional and immoral company, please be aware."
