"Sadly this is now my second experience at the Sutton Coldfield branch where I have left feeling pretty bad and belittled. Today after waiting for ten minutes patiently in the queue, the lady who served me, clearly under alot of pressure, said along the first sentences on meeting me - "i am only doing this for you for now, but next time you need go to customer services" (silence). I explained it was not stated anywhere we ought to go to customers services to print bank statements ? - perhaps make effective signage? etc .... After her failed attempts to make the printer work, the teller blatantly and I must add in a very patronizing and condescending manner said she would not help me and i would have go to the back of the queue in customer services for "someone else to help you, because i cant anymore, and im not going to keep trying".... i really would not have minded to go stand in another queue, but her manner was very condescending and i felt quite belittled. Sadly, not very effective communication skills. Natwest you really ought to do better. Come on - this is surely not your company spirit??"
