"i rented a luton van from this shower of a company through the website, a week before i needed it [ i was moving out of my flat ],The day before i was moving i recieved a phone call saying the van was no longer avaialble !!! obviously i was very angry i spoke with, Sam the manager ? he said oh it happens sometimes ???? and said oh don,t worry we wont charge you the cancellation fee this time ???? 1 day before i was moving !!!!! Very unreliable company avoid at all costs !!!!!"
