"I have moved house and can no longer get my meds from my original pharmacy. I had always had them within four/five working days of ordering. At Garden Village I waited a week and no meds. I finally had them and when I said it had taken a long time, the lady on the phone said "You were lucky, it usually takes 10 days" as if I was somehow privileged. If I put my script into the surgery any earlier, they can't prescribe as it is too soon after the previous one."
