"We came here on 22/6/2019. Ring the buzzer. Waited for few minutes when receptionist opened the door for us. She wasn’t happy to see us. And afterwards when I asked her how long we have to wait for she was rude. I think customer service is very important. Please tell your staff to meet and greet patients. It is their job... they are getting paid for it. I felt disappointed for this behaviour."
"First time I have ever had to call 111 and they suggested an early appointment on a Sunday at this Community Hospital. I was so down when I arrived, but after a few tests, left with a prescription and felt it necessary to write this review. I did not know this place existed, the staff are 110% excellence, hopefully I don't need to use this service in the future but to all that may, they are simply the best."
