"had a really nice meal with the family the other night. we all ordered fish and chips which i would highly recommend as it tastes like it’s made with care. another benefit of our night was we had amazing help by vanesa, she was very polite and helped my wife with selecting her drink, thank you if you read ever read this. can’t stress how great this place is, will definitely be back for seconds!!!!"
"Very poor service.never coming back here Absolute disgusting customer service. My father went in to order 18 fish and chips for a gathering he was standing behind the counter waiting to be served. The 2 ladies who was working on Thursday evening at 7:45pm one white woman with eyelash extensions and one other girl which very rudely told my father to “come here” as if I was standing in the wrong place when I wasn’t. I was stood on a counter where there was a till. These two ladies swore at me and my father from behind the counter and when I demanded to speak to the manager they kept making excuses like “we don’t know his number”. I thought I’d never be racially profiled in this country but clearly some people aren’t past that."
