"I want to share my experience if it wasn't down to one member of staff staci who you can see is run of her feet deals with me on a weekly basics and I have nothing but respect for that individual staff member who goes above and beyond to help me each week if it wasn't for this member of staff I would be giving bad reviews"
"Used to work in the pharmacy and have nothing but respect to the full time staff for their dedication and hard work. Sadly the place is brought down by temp staff. Parents went into the pharmacy today for an urgent prescription from the mental health crisis team parents had to wait there for a hour only to be told there was no adhd meds or a script for my sleep meds which I understand as the gp surgery are slow. Parents explained to the temp staff the severity of the meds and why they were needed because of mental health crisis only to be told “it wasn’t there problem” by the temporary staff. Thankfully the manager who I won’t name came over and calmed the situation down and was really respectful to my Parents which I can’t thank enough but I just think staff should have a lot more consideration for emergency scripts and try be a bit more sympathetic to mental health patients."
"They mix medications up and they blatantly Lie regarding desspensing of medication. They left me without my prescribed medication over Christmas when promising it woul be delivered awear I was suffering with COVID-19 and in server pain that the tablets they promised to deliver would of offered me relief."
"Never answer phone never deliver when they eventually do get a move on after days never the medicines you need to keep you health healthy. I was left of 5 days for morphine aswell as other important drugs I will sing anyone's praises but when it just people carnt be bothered doing there job I think it's fair I take it higher pick another chemist any one with higher knoladge pls include in complaints"
"Always an 45minute to hour wait for perscriptions. Ordered online a week in advanced, never prepared, never answer the phones. Stood for an hour today, watched many get wrong perscriptions, missing parts and staff being unhelpful. Have now changed pharmacy. Will not use again."
