I moved to the area a few months ago and have had issues regarding my tablets. The staff have gone out of their way help. Customer support is so important and vital where help is concerned."

"- I Arrived 12:05 - I gave name(s) and verified address at 12:10 - I’m Waiting, speaking back and forth with the person serving me till 12:50 ; particularly asking me where medication could be. [I am not the one that should know that, you are the experts] - received half the medication at 12:55 for myself hence “name(s)”, had to remind them the latter. - (13:05) received information that the other persons medication is not in the building, even though it was apparently there according to the app. - 13:07 I had left, told that it would be in the next day or two days after that, the following Monday. - They stayed professional, so that’s why it’s a 2 star not a 1 star (lol)."

"I had previously written a review incorrectly accusing this pharmacy of not ordering repeat prescriptions when ask to do so but the problem lay elsewhere. So, in the interest of fairness I have deleted that review. Yes occasionally there will be hiccups in any pharmacy but Little Sutton are still the best in the area. And even when faced with a moaning customer they offer very good customer service."

"My husband collected a prescription today and when he arrived home we realised that one of the items is available over the counter for a a third of the price of the prescription fee. We are extremely unhappy that this was not pointed out to him by the staff in the shop."

"For reasons best known to the Pharmacy they decided to send perscription out on their van for delivery....never turned up, so a night in pain. Most unimpressed. ( Did phone prior to closing 17.30 only to be told it was out for delivery). Called in the following morning to complain, spoke to Daniel, found out after some searching by Daniel, order was sent to Sutton Pharmacy, so mis communication by all parties, despite being told by GP surgery it was Little Sutton. Two people same mame did not help,but I feel staff should have paid attention upon checking address,so thanks to Damiel,changed star."
