"I order my 88 year old mothers prescription online. This is then delivered to her but after 6 days she still hadn't received it. Called the chemist and was told the prescription was there. When i questioned why the prescription had not been delivered I was met with attitude and rudeness and was told that "you are lucky you even got your prescription". Appalling service and attitude and not the first time this has happened it is becoming a running theme.."
"Shocking service, I witnessed Jackie reprimanding a colleague in front of a queue of customers, disgusting to say the least all because the lady made a mistake, she even speaks to customers appalling! Just changed back to peel house. I had a prescription on order for over 7 weeks as they said it’s out of stock with the supplier yet peel house got it straight away and said it’s not out of stock! Maybe because the item was expensive so they didn’t want to give it! Disgusting!"
