"Travel agents in Formby come and go but TUI Formby remains as good as ever. We have used the shop for over twenty years booking holidays and cruises often three times a year. The staff have always been most helpful but the current team are exceptional going to great lengths to meet our needs especially after Covid destroyed so many of our plans. It is almost unfair to name names but we have dealt with Wendy on most occasions. Helpful doesn't cover it. Her personality of boundless energy, product knowledge, and a knack of finding a holiday or cruise, that we could never have matched on-line, turns fruitless searches into a pleasurable experience. One leaves the shop thinking the holiday has started, even though it might be weeks away. We have never regretted paying for peace of mind and will continue to do so. Top marks for Wendy and her colleagues."
