"Clean tidy friendly hotel, perfect location for our short stay in London. The reception staff were helpful and answered any questions we had for them. Breakfast could have been challenging as they were short staffed but Jane and her team went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable. She worked tirelessly, all with a friendly chatty smile on her face, keep up the great work Jane, well done to you. Adrian & Family"
"Not the best. Rooms were standard Premier Inn but absolute paper thin walls, could literally hear everything the people in the room next door were saying, which meant very little sleep as they were very loud all night. Nobody on reception to speak about it to the following morning but the restaurant that is attached was shockingly bad, 30 minute queue for hot food and then when you get to the front there's nothing left. Ended up just having toast then leaving! Am a regular Premier Inn customer and this one was not up to standard."
"Comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with (width-restricted) opening window. I have stayed here four times in last 3 months, and have another booking upcoming. Room is well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and large work area with plenty of power points and USB plug sockets around the room. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, but does not supply decaffeinated coffee in the room (but it is available from reception free of charge). The shower works well, but is over the bath requiring a significant step up (although rooms with accessible facilities are possible). Hotel is in a quiet location on the edge of town. Breakfasts are good value, but dining area can be very busy and many children WILL be present (hotel is convenient for Harry Potter tour). There is currently no food or bar service in the evenings but there are pubs and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The staff are both friendly and accommodating. My only issues are that a non-slip mat is not provided for the bath, and decaffeinated coffee is not in the room, requiring a trip down to reception, but these are minor inconveniences."
"Thanks Premier Inn for not informing my elderly parents at Check in that the restaurant was closed. Says on the door to the restaurant that is was only open for evening meals and breakfast. I use these Hotels a lot around the country and they are definitely getting worse."
"Had to book an extra night due to the rail strike as travelling from east anglia in november, when checking inn we find out the well reputed restaurant is closed and has been for over a month, no one from the hotel bothered to notify us if this, so very poor service even though we called 2 weeks before to add the extra night. When checking in we had book 3 x 2 twin rooms for the first night, second night 1 x twin room and second night a family room for 4. We asked if we could keep the 3 twin rooms, which the very nice lady said was ok and she would sort it out for us. In the morning the male member staff said he had an issue with this, but we explained what the female staff member had said and he then said she had not sorted it out but he would. Each time we said we are happy to have family room but they said they would sort it out. Get back 6.45pm on the second night when it's supposed to be sorted out and guess what not we have to explain again to the female on reception who said she was going sort it, so not best pleased. Certainly the worst service I have ever experienced in the uk in a hotel. Needs to be graded minus 5 for not telling us the restaurant is not open also the hassle we have had trying to sort out the bookings very unprofessional cannot believe it. Asked to speak to a manager! Nothing happend. Hoping it is finally all corrected but let's see."
