"We have used Complete Sports Solutions on many occasions from 2009 to date for Football tours with schools from Australia and also Adult sporting tours across Europe and the UK . We cannot speak more highly of this company and we will continue to use them in the future. The accommodation offered during our trips was fantastic and very centrally located to all attractions and sporting venues , the transport offered for transfers was modern and top of the range. The guides on tour were always very professional and knowledgeable not just on sport but also on the local history and cultures. Nothing was to much trouble for the CSS team and always with the safety and the security of the boys in mind. The venues were incredible allowing the boys access to training facilities at the football academies of Chelsea . Liverpool , Barcelona , Madrid , Bayern Munich , Milan just to name a few . They also arranged match tickets for the boys to games that are normally sold out at iconic stadiums such as Anfield , Bernebeu and the Nou camp . A testament to how the boys enjoyed their trips is that many have been on more than one along with their parents. We often get feedback from them that this was a trip of a lifetime and that the trip had brought their dreams to life. I would highly recommend Complete Sports Solutions to any school or club wanting to experience a once in a lifetime Sporting or football tour to the UK or Europe. From the beginning to the end CSS is five star and their motto should be " Making your dreams a Reality""

"I can only agree with what has already been said regarding the “Paris football tour.” The accommodation, food and football were all substandard and not worth the money we paid for it. Having been on other, much more successful tours with both cricket and football, I was massively disappointed. To cap it all off, to pay more than twice the face value for the ticket to the PSG game was, in my opinion, nothing short of profiteering from the organisers. A bit of a joke!"

"If it was an option I would give a 0 star. £1.2k for a 4 day tour: only to stay in bed bug infested rooms, provided with food so bad many didn’t eat and play matches in rough locations with referees in jeans and on their phones. Beginning with the utterly abysmal accomodation which was not in Paris - as the “Paris Tour” would suggest - but in a rough suburb called Eaubonne. Many of those attending the tour described the “hotel” as a prison with its similar views and food combined with even worse rooms. Many of the rooms varied in quality from very bad to borderline prison cells. Many had a pushing stop start shower like in a leisure centre with a nossel that refused to point in the correct direction, forcing students to wrestle the hose into position and hold it there whilst showering. A very uncomfortable experience. Breakfast seemed to come as a suprise every day to the chef and staff, where milk and cutterly were scarce and drinks sometimes unavailable. We were blessed with the choice of 3 cereals, bread (no butter) or yoghurt: quite the treat. Things didn’t get any better in the evening with many not going down for dinner after the first night where we served cold spaghetti accomponied with brick-like steak as the only option. After escaping from the hotel we were taken to a PSG game which all attendees had to pay an extra £65 on top of the £1.2k to watch. Although, when receiving our tickets they had a price of €28, an estimated profit of circa £1000 for CSS: a poignant display of their untrustworthiness. Due to the short and disorganised nature of the tour we were scheduled to train for 3 and a half hours in the morning and then participate in a match/fight in the afternoon. In one of our 3 games, one of our players (only 15/16) was punched by an older opposition player then swarmed by many opposition fans. At no point were our players protected. As we left that game our bus was stoned multiple times by the opposition fans. In our third and final game another of two of our players were punched in the face by the very physically strong opposition. After a roughly 10 minute tour of Paris on the final day were delighted to head to the airport to end a highly disappointing football tour. It is safe to say that the hotel was the worst I had ever stayed in and the tour as the whole was the worst I have ever been on. I hope that no else has to endure a tour with Complete Sport Solutions or waste their money. J. Shenton"
