"Visited Nando’s today with family to have a meal to celebrate our bride to be. Ismail made us feel welcome and gave us really good customer service. He was so genuine and kind. So nice and refreshing to see."

"We visited the branch today and was looked after by Ismail who went above and beyond with his service. Even when busy Ismail made sure we were taken care of. The ordering was straight forward. Ismail showed me how to use the QR code to order from the table. I got the vusa chicken wrap and creamy mash, it was absolutely delicious. My husband had a lemon and herb butterfly chicken and peri salted chips, he enjoyed every bite. The food came to us quickly and it was perfect temperature. I will always recommend this branch to anyone visiting a Nandos in Bradford, it has such a good atmosphere and the staff are amazing. You are seen to promptly and asked if there’s a seating preference. Great service from the moment you step in till the moment you leave. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the other staff members that came over to see how we were doing but thank you all for your smiley faces and good work."

"I stayed one night at holiday inn. Ismail gave me a nice warm welcoming. He took really good fare of me. It was very busy so I decided to do a takeaway. He made sure everything went well for me. Comforted me while waiting. A very respected employee. One sad down down thing is the food was quite cold. Don't blame the chefs it was very busy. Apart from that service was amazing."

"It really is the worst Nando’s we’ve been too. Awful service. The fizzy drinks were not fizzy. I think they had an issue with it. The chicken was very dry. The mash had chunks of hard potatoes in it. The rice had grains that were really hard I did report to the manager and said he’d bring new a new portion. Didn’t hear anything. Went to speak to him at end of meal And he said he didn’t bother bringing me a new portion because it all came from the same batch of rice - fair enough But come and let me know? Offer me another side? I had to get up at the end of my meal and queue for the refund. Overall just poor service from start to end."

"Disgusting. Myself and another person who visited together, both ended up with food poisoning after dining here and having the full platter chicken and chips. The staff are also unaccommodating and rude and do not take into consideration anyone’s health conditions despite mentioning this, which left me quite offended. I do not recommend. The staff also do not have the decent to even reply to my review as they have to the 5 star review. This clearly shows their customer service skills! Nil."
