Polite and professional, no nonsense, gets the job done whether she's on the phone or face to face. Reminds me of the reception staff when I first joined the surgery. Thank you Ren!"

She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what was required of her in order to deal with my particular query. She made it a point of getting back to me and keeping me up to date with a very time sensitive solution to my problem. She was nothing but kind, understanding, reliable, professional and polite. "Genuinely the worst GP practice in the UK. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They ask for feedback and I tell them how it is and nothing changes. They need to shut this place down. Have called daily for the past 2 weeks and no one answers. On hold for almost 2 hours each time. When I have managed to get appointments in the past the staff are so rude and dismissive and talk to you like you are wasting their time. The doctors make you seem insignificant and small with the way they rush through appointments and ignore anything you say. I have been to an appointment 3 times for the same issue which could have been resolved in one appointment if they just listened to what I told them but they don't care. Just a other statistic to claim money off of. Please don't register for this GP practice. Absolutely avoid at all costs. You will just waste your time and cause yourself unnecessary stress. It won't change, it's been like this for a decade already."
