"Terrible service, never received item, never received refund. Contacted them literally 2 minutes after placing an order, was told it’s “too late” to request a refund and that the items would have to be sent back upon arrival. I informed them that they were being shipped to the wrong address, was then told would receive my refund. Few days had passed, no refund, I decided to follow up on my previous call, was told once again by a different person that it was supposedly too late and that the shipment was still being sent to my old address. They said the most they could do was inform the delivery service to change the delivery address and for me to send the item(s) back which I agreed. Over a week had passed, received no item(s) and no refund, contacted them once again, was told that it would be escalated to management and that I would receive a call back. Never received the call, I’m done trying to get a refund. Don’t use these scammers."

"I paid and booked for PCR fit to fly test, time given was 08:00, I spent 2hours from 8am to 10 am waiting, calling the number online and no one pick calls and now I need my money back."

"I booked a PCR test for my child at their Enfield branch for a next day service and paid £59. within 10 minutes of booking I realised I made a mistake and needed a same day PCR test. So, I went ahead and cancelled my next day booking with them. They said there is a admin fee of £20 to cancel which I thought was too much . but, still in strictest sense I blocked that one appointment slot for 10 mins where someone else could have used it. This is if I think very critically about this. Then, it gets very interesting. they said they will charge another £29 as administration fee on top of £20 as cancellation fee . so, I will only get a refund of £10 All of this for booking an appointment slot with them for literally 10 mins So unfair. I tried speaking to them on the phone multiple times and they won't budge . I tried my level best to humbly request them to deduct £20 and to refund me the remainder of £39. they simply won't do it. This is a day light robbery and looting hard earned money from people"

"No issues here. Super friendly in the clinic. In and out within 10 minutes. Everything went smoothly and got our results in the app within 24 hours as promised. Didn't get the confirmation email or text but the certificates were all in the app. So happy days."

"Used this service for a antigen test. Staff were polite but there was quite a wait to get seen. I did not receive the negative pass on the app as previously told. The certificate that was received via email had an incorrect date of birth. I have tried to get them to fix this via a request in the app and they have not gotten back to me. The only number available is a corporate number, not for the actual clinical. I believe that you would be charged to phone this number. Would not recommend this place of you want a test for travel."
