"My 12 year old son with a history of ingrowing toe nails was seen by a really friendly and professional podiatrist. She immediately put him at ease and was very informative. She described what she was doing at every stage and also gave advice on how to look after his toe until his procedure. Highly recommended."
"V Crawford. First impressions… very small practice, professional and friendly. Good service provided and happy with treatment received. Would definitely recommend!"
"I have had verrucas on my toe for many years and nothing has cleared them. Following a course of laser treatment with Hiren they are now completely gone. Stop wasting your money on over the counter products and go to flawless feet to get it sorted."
"I was influenced by the Google reviews when looking for a podiatrist for ingrowing toenail removal. I Was in a lot of pain and just felt I couldn’t wait for the NHS waiting list. The service was efficient, booked in and seen very quickly, the procedure was explained to me and the clinic of Shirley road felt clean and hygienic. The podiatrist (the owner) was nice and dare I say it, very charming. What I would say is that the procedure was very expensive, at £400. I particularly resented the podiatrist repeatedly saying all the dressings are included in the price, which even at the time, while desperate and in pain, felt like an awful sales pitch and a complete con! At £400 + I think it’s reasonable to expect dressings to be included….. I recently reached the top of the NHS waiting list and I am having another toe done under them. During my assessment, I told them my previous experience under this clinic they suggested the price I should have paid was £250!! I don’t know if I was overcharged and I will never know, but if I need a private podiatrist again I will certainly shop around next time. I might also add that so far, my experience of my NHS assessment was possibly a little more thorough, with a Doppler used to check my circulation. Now I have another experience to compare my original experience at flawless feet too."
"I was seen in this clinic today, I asked prior to booking if they deal with Plantar fasciitis and achilles tendon issues I was told yes over the phone this made me book even knowing the £75.00 fee. Before I continue the Staff are very nice and friendly. I arrived 15 minutes early but I was seen 10 minutes later than my appointment normally I do not mind an overrun but whilst I am in pain at the moment it was a bit frustrating. I had the minimal amount of look at the Tendons / Plantar issues and was seen for about 22 minutes and told to go and buy a specific support ( I came with my own moonboot ) I was also reccomended to go to another Podiatrist!! I feel a bit ripped off with no real answers to why my tendons are hurting so I have thrown away £75 on being told what I know from feeling the pain. I am now trying to get the NHS to see me and hopefully help. Just not really happy about this at all. Just an edit my GP say me on the 5th Aug 22 and has sent me for some serious scans*"
